Make things happen for Success
“Eliminate the time between the idea and the act, and your dreams will become realities” (Edward Kramer)
There are Three Kinds of Poeple in This World…
1) Those who make things happen.
2) Those who watch what happens.
3) And those who stand around and wonder, “What happened?”
I learned about the three kinds of people from Bob Alexander when I was just twenty years old. You are in control of what happens to you. Even if you trust in a higher power to guide you, you know that the higher power helps those who decide to help themselves. It is very rare that anyone on this planet will always be there to save you every single time you need help.
It’s better to assume that you are the only one who can save yourself and then act accordingly by making things happen in your life. Making things happen requires that you get and stay in motion toward your goals.
If someone does help you or you get that lucky break, consider it a bonus. And when it comes to luck, you must remember that luck is generated when cross-timed with preparation. Very often, it’s just a matter of being in the right place. And being in the right place is a by-product of being in motion.
As you make things happen for yourself you’ll benefit everyone close to you. This is enough to drive most people. Since you are reading this post, it is no surprise to say that you belong to the first kind of people – the kind that makes things happen!
