Thanks, Bill.... I know what you mean!

You're a creative type and I like the website you're building: http://BBQFreaks.com. With that kind of energy, you really need to focus your work time, ESPECIALLY if no one else is looking over your shoulder.

What I find is that so many people working at home think: well, tomorrow's another day - whatever I don't get done today I'll do tomorrow.

But then tomorrow has its own deadlines.

So... create a list of things you need to do TODAY and don't go to bed until they are done.

Simply by measuring, you'll do better. Set your daily goals in writing and you'll see how much better you do!

Charlie,

I know I work best in an office environment. My home office is in the basement so maybe if I had a place with some windows and was a little more inspiring I could perform better...

Also, when I'm home its very easy to allow resistance into your work...if you don't know what resistance is you need to buy the book "The War of Art" by Steven Pressfield.

Sincerely,

Bill Parlaman
